I was removed from the list of active
Hunter-Trapper Education Instructors because I
argued the validity of their new program. During
the course of this issue. I was called into the
Northwestern Regional Headquarters and my civil
rights of freedom of speech and freedom of the
press were violated. I have several letters that
I have written and received and I will e-mail
them at request. When it came down to it I
argued that the current Hunter-Trapper education
program was working and working well. However
the PGC received federal money and was trying to
implement a program bought from Texas. This is
for the most part to be learned on the internet.
With this argument in mind I transferred to
another job within the State System. I was
working for DPW and transferred to the
Department of Corrections. It just so happened
that my deputy is a Deputy Wildlife Conservation
Officer and I was called on the carpet 8 days
into training and he lied about several things
that I supposedly did. As I saw it he wanted me
out of his prison. I transferred back to DPW
because he could fire me at any time and was
placed on leave for two weeks without pay. I
filed for unemployment and now they are
appealing this. Over all the PGC took away my
Instructors card, had some bearing into a better
paying job that I could not stay at and now is
just waiting for the next move. I despise the
PGC with a passion, they are nothing but
Gestapo.

This is the first of the documents that I
collected over the past year that resulted
in my permanent suspension from being an
instructor in the Hunter-Trapper Education
program and in ever being employed by the
Department of Corrections. As you sift
through these documents and my comments
think about the fact that these liars and
cheats are being paid by your funds and that
they no longer seem to be accountable to
anyone. In all this letter writing and
struggle with them I had transferred to the
Department of Corrections. It just so
happened that the Deputy over me, Samuel J.
Heaster, is a Deputy Wildlife Conservation
Officer. After his harassment of me and my
exercising my right to return to my previous
job in the Department of Public Welfare, and
the subsequent two week leave without pay,
and the ability to only collect unemployment
for one week,and my removal as an instructor
in the Hunter-Trapper Education program, I
realized that this may have all been the
work of the PGC and it's deputy. So here is
the start of the documents. This document
attached is the article from the PA game
news that started my letter writing. Think
about this and remember, they have power
that is unbounded and they believe they are
above all laws and rights.

The next series
of letters went out to those
that I hoped could help. There
is a letter to the attorney
general, the inspector general
and that Chairman of the house fish and game. The
responses from the Attorney
General and the Inspector
General were limp. They stated
that they have no power over the PGC. These are the two biggest
elected officials. The Hear of
the House Fish and Game gave no
response and he is supposed to
be the watch dog. He is a
sleeping dog at best. We need to
wake these people up and let
them know that the People Of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania are
not going to roll over and play
dead while there is a Gestapo on
the loose and no one in office
to control them. Read these
letters and think about how we
really are in a police state
that is run by the PGC

| In closing, while all this
was going on I was trying to
transfer to State Correctional
Institute in Forest County. I
was there 8 days and was called
to the deputy's office. As I had
stated Earlier he stated that he
was a Deputy for the PGC. His
harassment and lies that he
threw at me along with the
character debasement that I
underwent with him along with
his questioning of my
credentials and application, it
is no wonder that he is part of
this malicious character
assination on me. I just wanted
to help out. I have been a
Psychologist for 15 years and
before that I was a teacher.
Before that I volunteered in
youth baseball. Over all I have
27 years of working with youth
and families. I have seen the
changes and I cringe at the fact
that this next generation is so
computer dependant. I fear for
public safety. I have been raped
of my ability to teach youth
right from wrong in a very
serious arena: the woods where
they will be carrying weapons. I
was further raped by being
barred from ever working in the
Department of Corrections. At
this point there is still going
to be an appeals hearing for the
one week of unemployment that I
received. However I will
continue to fight the good
fight. I hope that all who
receive this message think about
it. I have been robbed of my
promotion and my ability to work
with youth in this respect.
